Stuart Perelmuter
Founder & CEO

Stuart Perelmuter has more than a decade of experience in cause-related community development. As the founder of OD Action, Stuart kept hundreds of thousands of members informed and engaged in progressive politics, eventually growing it into one of the nation’s largest action networks and partnering with a range of Democratic candidates and causes — from progressive icon AOC to former Alabama Senator Doug Jones.

Prior to starting OD Action, Stuart wrote content for some of the most wide-reaching progressive social media channels, routinely generating more than a million engagements per post. He served for more than a decade as a communications strategist on Capitol Hill and has worked on numerous successful campaigns. Stuart serves on the board of the Fairness Campaign, a Kentucky based nonprofit that works to end discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity and to dismantle systemic racism.
