“That’s Rudy.” – Trump’s response, in 2019, to warnings that his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani was being used by Russia to feed the President misinformation. Giuliani, in his eagerness to help Trump defeat Biden, accepted Russian agents with open arms…and it was common knowledge within the intelligence community.
The irresponsibility – or more likely, the willful participation – in accepting Russian election interference by this administration is treasonous. It was in 2016, and it is in 2020.

Giuliani didn’t just have one contact with Russian agents. As of 2019, he had been involved for over a year, despite repeated warnings to both him and Trump, willingly spreading Russia-backed lies to the American public about Biden and his family.
Trump and Giuliani knew exactly what they were doing, and who they were dealing with. And our democratic process is at stake as a result.
