In news that should be shocking but feels downright commonplace at this point, conservative Supreme Court justices have been padding their salaries with overseas gigs that one critic likened to “all-expenses-paid vacations, with a little teaching thrown in,” courtesy of George Mason’s Scalia Law School (yep, that Scalia). Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh pocketed nearly $30,000 to teach summer courses in recent years, enjoying posh trips to Iceland and Italy that in no way should be construed as bribes. Neat!

Family values, amirite?
